Honor of Kings Anniversary 2026: Reward-Claim Checklist

A reward you earned but forgot to claim is the easiest anniversary disappointment to avoid. For the Honor of Kings anniversary, start with the event page on your own account, not a screenshot passed around a group chat.

The confirmed anniversary dates

The official Honor of Kings announcement scheduled Dunshan for 21 October, ahead of the global anniversary on 24 October 2026. Those dates identify the launch and celebration; they do not establish the deadline for every separate activity.

Use the rules displayed in your game client for the reward you are pursuing. Availability, tasks and claim windows can differ between activities.

Read the task and the claim condition separately

Before playing, check what counts toward progress. A task might require a particular mode, a completed match or another action. Do not assume a win, a login and a purchase are interchangeable.

After completing it, check whether the reward is credited automatically or needs a claim button. Make a note of the displayed end time, including the time zone. If you are close to a deadline, leave time for the game to register progress.

Keep free participation separate from optional spending. Finish the tasks that fit your schedule before deciding whether you want a paid cosmetic. A countdown is not a reason to buy something you did not want yesterday.

Check what Tokens would actually buy

Open the specific item or activity and read its requirements. Distinguish a direct purchase from a draw, and read any probability disclosures and redemption conditions. Do not treat a promotional picture as a guaranteed reward.

If you choose to buy Tokens, review the available Honor of Kings packs, the supported account details and the checkout total. A top-up does not itself guarantee an event reward: the game's rules determine qualification.

For the new hero rather than the reward tasks, see our Dunshan preparation guide. Keeping those checks separate makes it easier to decide what to practise and what, if anything, to purchase.

Does every anniversary reward require Tokens?

Read each activity's rules. Do not assume that an optional purchase is necessary for a free task or login reward.

Will a top-up count immediately toward an event?

Payment, delivery and event progress are separate steps. Check the product status and the event requirements, and allow time before a deadline.

Where do I report missing event progress?
