This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 & SPDI Rules, 2011 and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). For the purposes of the DPDP Act, TopUpDaddy is the Data Fiduciary and you are the Data Principal. 1. Data we collect. - Account & contact: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number. - Order data: game, pack, Player/User ID, Server/Zone, order history. - Payment data: processed by our payment partners; we receive only a transaction reference/status, not your full card or bank credentials. - Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, and cookies for security, fraud-prevention, and site functionality. 2. Purpose of processing. We use your data only to: create and manage your account; process and deliver orders; confirm payments and prevent fraud; provide customer support and grievance redressal; send order and service communications; and comply with legal obligations. 3. Legal basis / consent. We process your data based on the consent you give when you use the Website and place an order, and where necessary to perform our contract with you or to comply with law. You may withdraw consent at any time (see rights below); withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. 4. Sharing. We share data only with: RBI-authorised payment gateways to process payments; delivery/supplier partners strictly to fulfil your top-up; and authorities where required by law.
