Last updated: [14th July 2026] These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.topupdaddy.com ("Website", "we", "us", "our"), operated by TopUpDaddy, a sole proprietorship (Proprietor: Mr. Amit Kumar Ram), registered under Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-WB-07-0052752, with registered office at 58 Bandel, Quarter No. 58, Manuspur, Chichurah, Hooghly, West Bengal – 712123, India. By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. 1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. By placing an order you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. 2. Nature of our service. TopUpDaddy is an independent reseller of digital gaming top-ups and vouchers. We are not the developer or publisher of any game, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with them unless expressly stated. All trademarks and game content belong to their respective owners. We only facilitate the delivery of digital top-up value to your nominated game account or as a redeemable code. 3. Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse, resale in breach of a game publisher's terms, or any unlawful activity. 4. Orders and correct game details. Digital top-ups are delivered to the Player ID / User ID, Server, and Zone you provide at checkout. - You are solely responsible for entering the correct Player ID, Server/Zone, and product/pack. - Because delivery is automated and instant, an order sent to a wrong-but-valid ID cannot be reversed or refunded. Please double-check your details before paying. - If a Player ID does not exist or the game region is unsupported, the order may fail and be refunded per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. 5. Pricing and taxes. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown inclusive of applicable charges before you pay. Any fees other than the product price are displayed distinctly at checkout before payment, in line with RBI Payment Aggregator directions. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the moment of a completed payment applies to that order. Payments are processed by RBI-authorised third-party payment aggregators/gateways (including Paytm and UPI partners). We do not store your full card or banking credentials on our servers. By paying, you also agree to the payment partner's terms. An order is confirmed only when we receive a successful, verified payment confirmation from the gateway. 7. Delivery. Digital products are delivered electronically — typically instantly and within a maximum of 24 hours — to your nominated game account or via a code shown on the order/success page and sent to your registered email/WhatsApp. There is no physical shipment. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by game-server maintenance, publisher-side delays, or additional verification. 8. Prohibited use. You agree not to: use stolen or unauthorised payment methods; initiate fraudulent chargebacks; resell or exploit products in violation of a game publisher's terms; use bots, scraping, or automated abuse; attempt to breach Website security; or use the service for money laundering or any illegal purpose. We cooperate with law-enforcement and payment partners on fraud. 9. Intellectual property. The Website, its design, logos, and content are owned by TopUpDaddy or its licensors. Game names and marks are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit our content without written permission. 10. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, in-game account bans imposed by a publisher, or losses arising from incorrect details you supplied. 11. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify TopUpDaddy against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website. 12. Suspension and changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. 13. Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance and consumer-forum mechanisms available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Hooghly / Kolkata, West Bengal shall have jurisdiction. 14.
