What is a direct UID or Player ID top-up?
A direct top-up uses the account identifier requested for the game, such as a UID, Player ID, Zone ID, Server ID, or region. After payment confirmation, the selected digital item is routed for delivery to that account. A password should never be required.
What is a redeem code?
A redeem-code product delivers a code that the customer enters on the supported publisher or redemption page. It is not credited by entering a game UID during checkout. Region and platform restrictions can apply to codes.
Which product should I choose?
Choose only the product type shown on its page. For direct top-ups, verify every account field. For codes or vouchers, verify region, platform, validity, and redemption instructions before payment.
