Check game and regional availability
Start with the live game catalog. A game or pack shown for one country may not be available for every account region because publishers and fulfillment providers use regional catalogs.
Choose a pack only when its game, account region, and required identifiers match the account that will receive the top-up.
- Do not assume that similarly named packs work in every country.
- Check server or region fields whenever the game asks for them.
- Use the current product page rather than an old screenshot or price list.
Review currency and final pricing
TopUpDaddy can display regional or local-currency pricing where supported. Exchange rates, provider costs, and pack availability can change, so the checkout total is the amount to review before payment.
A familiar currency does not by itself confirm that a pack is compatible with the destination game account. Currency, product region, and account region are separate checks.
- Confirm the currency symbol and final total.
- Review any displayed bonus separately from the base pack amount.
- Apply only coupons that the checkout accepts for the selected product.
Enter the correct player details
Different games use different identifiers. Some need only a UID, while others require a Player ID plus Server ID, Zone ID, or server region. Enter only the fields requested on the product page.
A direct top-up should never require your game-account password. Recheck every digit before payment because completed digital delivery normally cannot be moved to another account.
- Mobile Legends commonly uses a User ID and Zone ID.
- Free Fire and PUBG Mobile commonly use a player UID.
- Genshin Impact uses a UID together with the correct server region.
Use an available payment method
Payment options can vary by country, currency, and order. Use only a method displayed by the checkout for the current transaction and follow the provider's confirmation steps.
Do not make a second payment while the first transaction is still pending. Keep the payment reference and TopUpDaddy order number until delivery is complete.
Track fulfillment and request support
After payment confirmation, open My Orders to follow payment and fulfillment status. Automated products may complete quickly, but processing time can vary by supplier, game, and region.
If an order does not progress, contact support with the TopUpDaddy order number. Do not publish player identifiers, payment references, or contact details in public messages.
