Copy both account identifiers
Open the intended Mobile Legends profile and copy the numeric Player ID and Server ID. These may be labelled User ID and Zone ID; the server value is commonly shown in brackets beside the player number. Keep the two values in their separate order fields.
Compare the pasted numbers with the profile digit by digit. Use the player-verification step and check the returned profile before payment. Stop if verification fails or identifies a different player; ask support to confirm the details instead of guessing.
- A nickname is not a replacement for the Player ID.
- Use the account that should receive the top-up, not another player's screenshot.
- Never share your game password, login OTP or recovery codes for an ID-based top-up.
Check account support before comparing prices
Read the selected listing's account and region requirements. A price displayed in INR tells you the payment currency, not whether every account in India is eligible. A product labelled for another server region is not automatically compatible with your account.
If your game version, account region or eligibility is unclear, confirm support before paying. Do not change an identifier or select a different region just to bypass a failed verification. The exact account and product combination matters.
Compare the eligible Diamonds total
Read the pack label rather than relying on the largest number on a card. For example, the current catalog includes an 86 Diamonds pack labelled 78 + 8. That total already includes the displayed bonus; adding the eight again would overstate the amount.
First-purchase or other promotional bonuses can have separate conditions. Count a conditional bonus only after checking eligibility. To compare one-time packs, divide the current price by the eligible Diamonds total. Also compare the actual amount you would spend: a larger pack can have a lower unit cost and still exceed your budget.
- Check the currency and current selling price.
- Read any first-time bonus conditions.
- Confirm the final payable amount after any valid coupon.
Do you need a pack or a Weekly Diamond Pass?
The catalog lists Weekly Diamond Pass, Weekly Elite Bundle and Super Value Pass as different products. Select by the full product name; do not assume their benefits are interchangeable.
A weekly pass can involve rewards claimed over time, whereas a one-time Diamonds pack serves a different purchase plan. Check the current in-game claim rules and the selected product's terms. For a skin or event ending soon, compare when the required Diamonds become usable, not just the potential weekly total. Do not assume every pack or pass qualifies for an event's recharge task.
Review payment and follow the existing order
Check the verified account, pack name and final total before continuing. Use a payment method actually enabled for that order. Availability can change by account, product and region; a payment logo elsewhere on a site is not confirmation that the method is offered for your purchase.
After payment, keep the order reference and sign in to My Orders. Payment confirmation and completed fulfillment are separate stages. Check the recorded status and the receiving game account before treating the recharge as complete.
If a payment is deducted or an order remains pending, contact support with the existing order reference and the issue. Check that purchase before paying again, since another payment may create a second order. Read the refund policy for applicable conditions rather than assuming a successful top-up can be moved to another account.
