Find the correct account details
Open the Mobile Legends profile screen and copy the numeric Player ID and Server ID exactly as displayed. The Server ID is commonly shown in brackets beside the Player ID.
- Do not use a nickname in place of the Player ID.
- Keep the Player ID and Server ID in their separate fields.
- Recheck every digit before payment.
Choose a Diamonds pack
Compare the active pack label, base Diamonds, any displayed bonus, and final selling price. Supplier availability can change, so use the products currently shown on the game page.
- Confirm the selected pack before continuing.
- Treat a displayed bonus separately from the base amount.
- Review the final payable amount after any valid coupon.
Track the order
After payment confirmation, sign in and open My Orders. The order page records payment and fulfillment status against the TopUpDaddy order number.
- Keep the order number for support.
- Do not submit the same payment repeatedly while an order is processing.
- Contact support if the displayed status does not progress within the stated processing window.
